Considering that it is in full mint condition, this Minolta 0.7x Wide Converter VLW-1 lens works like a charm with absolutely no damage at all. The plastic that the unit is in has tiny little holes accidentally made during withdrawal of the lens. It operates with Minolta Master Series-8 80/81/V10/V11 and Minolta-8 81E cameras. As mentioned in the manual, this item provides a wider field of view although focal length of the camera?s zoom lens decreases by 0.7x.
