- Accesibility: stairs outside and in, however back entrance is at ground level then to unit. 1 bathroom at 3rd floor.
- Bedroom furnishing included: Window coverings, loveseat, mini fridge, fan, desk and shelving units. OPTION for bed & mattress, dresser, computer chair and toaster oven, offered from my current tenant at a small cost. New window installed.
- 15 min bus to downtown (Rideau Centre). Bike trails, short distance to Rideau River. 10-15 min bus to St. Laurent mall.
- Private hedged shared yard, picnic table, bbq, umbrella. Very green spaces around the neighbourhood, close walk to Ottawa river. Close to Aviation museum, RCMP stables, curling club, tennis courts, baseball fields, (basketball?). Ice rink in the winter.
- Infrequent overnight guests welcome, otherwise logistic difficulties present with sharing a kitchen and bathroom outside of 2 people
- Access to my very friendly cats. I'm open to discussion of allowing your pets depending on compatibilities.
- While 420 friendly, it's otherwise NON-smoking, in or outside (due to windows being open), yourself and guests can smoke away from the home.
